STATEMENTS OF PROPOSALS DUE BEFORE:
september 9, 2025 at 4:00PM
The County of Orange (“County”) is seeking Proposals from qualified entities interested in entering into a public-private partnership for the redevelopment of approximately 9.3 acres of County-owned property located at 1725 West 17th Street, Santa Ana. The proposed mixed-use development must include a mandatory residential component, in compliance with the Surplus Land Act, specifically Government Code Section 54221(f)(1)(G). Based on the evaluation of Proposals, a proposer may be recommended to the Board of Supervisors for selection and authorization to negotiate the terms of an Option Agreement and Ground Lease Agreement (“Lease”). The Lease form is attached hereto and includes the County’s standard terms and conditions, including insurance requirements, improvement completion guaranty, and financial participation.
