PROPOSALS DUE:

November xx, 2025 at 4:00PM

County Executive Office Real Estate, on behalf of the County of Orange (“County”) and Orange County Flood Control District (“District”), is soliciting Proposals, including a Site Feasibility Report, from qualified outdoor advertising companies (“Proposers”) to design, construct, maintain, and operate digital billboards on County-owned and/or District-owned sites.  The successful Proposer will be recommended to negotiate the terms of an agreement(s), which may include an Option and Ground Lease Agreement(s).  The Primary or Secondary Proposer (if applicable) and negotiated agreement(s) will then be recommended to the County Board of Supervisors for approval.  Property owned by the County or District in Orange County, Riverside County and San Bernardino County may be available for billboard development.  Proposers must identify and select available land that would be viable billboard sites.
