GROUND LEASE FOR the management and maintenance
of the CLARK SPORTS COMPLEX
PROPOSAL DUE BEFORE:
APRIL 15th, 2024 at 4:00PM
The County Executive Office - Real Estate (“CEO-RE”) in conjunction with OC Parks, through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), seeks Proposals from qualified and experienced individuals or business entities to manage and maintain the high-profile Clark Sports Complex (“Complex”) at Ralph B. Clark Regional Park (“Park”) for a term of five (5) years, with an option to extend at the County’s sole discretion. The Complex is located at 2851 Rosecrans Avenue in the City of Fullerton and is centrally located within Orange County within the Park.
