AS-NEEDED COASTAL DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT SERVICES

The County Executive Office  Real Estate, on behalf of OC Parks, through this Request for Qualifications, is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified and experienced coastal development consultants to enter into a Master Contract with the County of Orange to advocate, on an as-needed basis, OC Parks’ interests on matters that require California Coastal Commission review and approval, and advise of related matters. The successful Respondent will assist OC Parks in relations with the CCC, its commissioners and staff, and in successfully obtaining approvals relating to development and maintenance efforts in the coastal zone, and related issues including associated Army Corps of Engineer permits.
