The County of Orange is soliciting proposals to lease an approximately 22 acre site in the city of Laguna Niguel, CA for the creative development of a mixed use city center for possible retail, office, residential, hospitality and other commercial uses. The County envisions a thriving city center development where residents can live, work and play and visitors can enjoy all of the charm and hospitality of Laguna Niguel.

A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for Wednesday, March 28 at 10:00 AM at 30139 Crown Valley Parkway, Laguna Niguel, CA. The RFP states attendance is mandatory, however, this addendum is to inform potential Respondents that attendance is no longer mandatory. If you are interested in attending, please RSVP attendance to OCRealEstate@ocgov.com.
