We heard the news that the Board of Supervisors wants to put the homeless tents on the site.  Are you still planning on conducting the RFP?

Answer:

Any interim uses currently proposed will be put in place during the planning process for the property and do not affect the RFP process or terms. The County of Orange is moving forward with the Laguna Niguel City Center RFP per the RFP schedule and is conducting the pre-proposal conference on Wednesday, March 28 at 10:00.
