loNG-TERM GROUND LEASE

The Orange County Flood Control District (“District”), through County of Orange (“County”), CEO Real Estate, and the City of Lake Forest (“City”) are jointly issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to solicit proposals from qualified entities interested in entering into interim leases and long-term ground leases with the District, and separately with the City, for the interim operation and creative and long-term development and management of the Lake Forest Golf and Practice Center at 23308 Cherry Avenue, Lake Forest (“Premises”). The Premises includes the District’s driving range and the City’s adjacent nine-hole golf course.
